The accommodation was relaxing and fairly clean, the ambience was quiet. Best possible location to a prominent museum. The room we were given a free upgrade was fabulous and included balcony, terrace and TV with cable channels.

The staff was genuinely helpful and the accommodation was outstanding. I appreciated eggs, meats and breads for breakfast. Cosy location, just off Hoan Kiem lake, the Cathedral and Hanoi, but the area itself was very very bad. I had memorable experience and will be back.
